Head of Information Technology and Automation Department
His main responsibilities include coordinating the strategy of the IT Department with business needs, coordinating and managing the IT teams of the holding company and of the business blocks, as well as implementing IT projects and internal systems to improve the IT architecture and ensure their proper deployment and operation.
Mr Morozov has been holding the position of the Head of Information Technology and Automation Department of SMART-HOLDING LLC since April 2007. Prior to that, since 2004, he held a similar position at SMART-GROUP LLC.
In addition, since December 2012, he has been the general director of IT Capital service company (Kyiv).
In 1999-2004, he worked in various positions for companies that were in the orbit of interests of SMART-HOLDING: as software engineer and head of technology information.
In 1998-1999, before joining the holding company, Mr Morozov worked as a service programmer in the Ukrainian-Chinese joint venture TIMAG and at Amotek Company.
Education
In 1999, Mr Morozov graduated from Zaporozhe State Engineering Academy with a master's degree. In 2017, he studied at the State University of Economics and Law and received a master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management. In 2017, he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Swiss Montreux Business School. In 2007, 2013 and 2014, he was a student in the executive management skills development program at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
