Mr. Pertin has held the position of Smart-Holding Private Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) CEO since October 2015.
Previously, he held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Smart-Holding PJSC since April 2014.
Mr. Pertin held the position of Smart-Holding PJSC CEO from February 2008.
He joined Smart-Holding PJSC in 2007 and that year in August was appointed as Strategy and Corporate Development Director.
Before joining Smart-Holding PJSC, he occupied various key positions at Severstal-Group (the Russian Federation), including the positions of Deputy CEO for Business Development at Severstal-Group LLC (2004-2006) and CEO of Izhora Pipe Mill CJSC (2002-2004).
Mr. Pertin is a member of the Supervisory Board of Metinvest Group and is the Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee of Metinvest Group.
In 1994, Mr Pertin graduated from the faculty of General Technology at Cherepovets State University. In 2001, he graduated from Saint Petersburg State Technical University where he majored in finance management. From 2003 to 2005 he continued his education at the Institute of Professional Managers (ACCA) where he received a degree in finance management, and later studied at the Newcastle Business School (University of Northumbria, United Kingdom) for an MBA.
