Chief Security Officer
His main responsibilities include risk management, development and implementation of integrated business protection systems (physical, economic and information security), corporate intelligence and analytical processing of information for managerial decision-making, protection of business interests in relations with law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Gerasymovych has been holding the office of the Chief Security Officer of SMART-HOLDING LLC since April 2014. Prior to that, from January 2014, he held the post of the chief counsellor in SMART-HOLDING. In 2010-2013, he worked in the post of the executive director of Terra-Food Group, where he previously was the Head of the Security Department from 2009 on.From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Gerasymovych was the deputy CEO for aviation security of Aero-Svit Airline Company.
In 1992-2008, he served as an officer in the state security agencies in operational and management posts. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine. Mr. Gerasimovich is a Major General of the Security Service of Ukraine in reserve.
Education
Mr. Gerasymovych has higher military education, higher special education and higher legal education. He received MBA from the International Institute of Management MIM-Kyiv.
