Responsible for achieving the Group's strategic and tactical goals in building an effective financial management system. Olena has been holding management positions and worked in various projects in the corporate and financial areas of the Group for over 15 years. Used to be a member of the Supervisory Boards and Audit Commissions of industrial enterprises and banks. She has extensive experience in finance, anti-crisis management and asset management. Since 2019, she has held the position of Financial Director of IF SMART, and since November 2024 - General Director. OIena successfully built the financial resources management system of IF SMART; developed and implemented measures to ensure the financial stability of businesses; under her leadership financial planning, budgeting and control took place. PhD, Ph.D. in Economics and Business Management, Associate Professor, CIMA certificate, IPFM diploma in management accounting, Corporate Director certificate, TOP-10 CFOs of Ukraine 2023, 3rd place in the "People's Rating of the Best CFOs of Ukraine" (2023 Award)
