Smart-Holding has become the official partner of the international contest of young popular music performers New Wave Junior 2010. The final round of the competition was held on 22 August in the Artek International Children's Centre (Crimea).
This year, 15 participants from nine countries of the world competed in the festival New Wave Junior. The winners in the senior group of contestants (13-15 years old) have become Ukrainian Viktoria Petrik and Armenian band Razmik and friends. The first place in the junior group (8-12 years) has been taken by Anastasia Petrik, the sister of Viktoria.
‘New Wave Junior is designed to help gifted children from different countries develop their musical talent, find new friends and meet different national cultures. We are pleased to contribute to the upbringing of a new generation of performers and help them make their names on the professional stage,’ said the CEO of Smart-Holding, Alexey Pertin.
All the winners of the festival received the right to participate in the adult New Wave contest.
