According to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dd. 20 March 2012, changes were made in the composition of the Board of Directors of Smart-Holding. In particular, the Board was expanded up to 6 people.
The Chief Financial Officer Julia Kiryanova, the HR Director Mikhail Zavylov, and the Director for Special Projects Kang Hyunchang joined the Board of Directors of Smart-Holding.
The powers of the Board member of Smart-Holding, First Deputy CEO Denis Rudev were suspended. In the near future he will focus on the development of a separate financial business area of Smart-Holding.
