Under the Decree of the President of Ukraine V.F. Yanukovich of May 29, 2012 Vadim Novinskiy, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Smart-Holding, was granted Ukrainian citizenship.

He submit a corresponding request as required by Ukrainian legislation and upon going through provided formalities, was satisfied.

This event is of considerable importance both for Vadim Novinskiy and for Smart-Holding Company headed by him as far as exactly in Ukraine its strategic interests are concentrated.
