The Black Sea Shipyard accepted for repair light scout ship “Pereyaslav”

According to concluded contracts with Command of the Ukrainian Naval Forces of the Armed forces of Ukraine the Black Sea Shipyard will accept for repair three ships.

On June 19 light scout ship “Pereyaslav” put in water area of the Black Sea Shipyard as per project 1824Б for the repair of mechanical section, special-purpose equipment and devices.

Professional staff members of the shipyard are planning to repair and pass it into service with the delivery to UNF AF of Ukraine in August this year. Representatives of Ukrainian Naval Forces will supervise the execution of repair works.

Within the first ten days of August upon celebration of the Fleet Day of Ukraine and completion of combat missions during training exercises ”Sea Breeze-2012”, the Black Sea Shipyard will accept for repair two more ships: large landing ship “Konstantin Olshanskiy” as per project 775 and missile corvette “Pridneprovye” as per project 1124.1.

Both ships are to pass into service of UNF AF of Ukraine at the end of November this year.
