Smart-Holding became the Title Partner of Live in Blue Bay 2012 Ukrainian international jazz festival of non-commercial music to take place on 6-9 September 2012 in Koktebel, in Goluboi Zaliv (Blue Bay) resort centre.
During the festival, true connoisseurs of jazz music will enjoy performances of jazz bands from seven countries, including Kejaleo (Spain), salsa band Dislocados (Ukraine), Continent (UK), jazz band Spaghetti Swing (Italy), jazz funk band The Client Funk Society (Switzerland) with its front man Dave Feusi, and many others. Andrey Makarevich will be the festival's special guest presenting his Jazz Transformations project – new renditions of jazz classics and covers of timeless hits from his Mashina Vremeni (Time Machine) band.
