Smart-Holding represented by YERNAMIO CONSULTING LTD transferred the amount equivalent to USD 50 million to a special NBU account on 12 May to confirm its intention to act as the investor of Forum Bank that went into temporary administration on 13 March 2014. The money was transferred under the protocol of intent previously signed between the NBU, the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund and YERNAMIO CONSULTING LTD.
