Vadim Novinsky’s International Charitable Foundation in Honour of Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God allocated financial assistance for the families of 10 servicemen from Nikolaev region that lost their lives while discharging their military duty in the ATO area.
Each hero’s family received UAH 50 thousand. The aid recipients included the families of three ‘cyborgs’ who were killed defending the Donetsk airport. These heroes have already become the symbol of enduring Ukrainian spirit and valour of Ukraine’s Armed Forces. In 2014, the Foundation had already provided similar assistance to the residents of Nikolaev region. The total of UAH 1.3 million was allocated for the family members of 26 servicemen killed in the fighting. Further assistance is also planned for another 37 families.
