Amstor Retail Group Opens Its Renovated Shopping Centre in Severodonetsk

Amstor Retail Group LLC, a commercial real estate operator, announces the opening of Amstor shopping centre in Severodonetsk (Lugansk region). Thus, the number of the shopping malls that resumed their operation under Amstor trademark has grown up to 14, and the total shopping capacity of the shopping centres managed by Amstor Retail Group has gone beyond 190,000 square meters.

The area of the reformatted shopping mall in Severdonetsk is 12,000 square meters. Silpo grocery supermarket has become the anchor tenant of the shopping centre. A children's entertainment centre Fly Kids, located on an area of 1,600 square meters, is among other major tenants of the shopping mall. A non-food group of goods is represented by clothing and accessories stores, jewellery stores, goods for children, cosmetics, household appliances, household goods and handicrafts. The shopping centre is aimed at providing its visitors with a full range of everyday goods and services. The centre also offers a convenient parking area for 700 cars.

According to Alexey Pashunov, director of Amstor Retail Group, location features were taken into account when deciding on the format of the shopping centre.

‘The shopping centre is located at the intersection of Novikova Street and Kosmonavtov Avenue, surrounded by five city's micro-districts. Their residents constitute the main target audience of the shopping centre. Today's trend is the popularity of shopping malls of the neighbourhood format. Now many buyers are no longer ready to spend their time on a travel to a major shopping centre, giving preference to a neighbourhood store. That is why we tried our best to have the shopping centre that meets daily needs of its customers living nearby.’
