According to the results of the consumer voting, Amstor shopping centre has received an award in the Best Shopping Centre of Zaporozhye category, taking the honourable third place in the rating.
On 28 February 2018, Kiev TSUM Shopping Centre hosted the Retail Awards ceremony Consumer Choice 2017. According to its organizers, "it is the most objective-subjective snapshot of the retail market".
In the words of Alisa Parafilova, the marketing manager of the management company of Amstor shopping centres’ chain, to be represented in the nomination is already a great honour, recognition and an excellent incentive. "We sincerely thank our visitors for their active participation in the voting and the high appreciation of our work. Objectivity of the assessment should not be doubted because Ukrainian consumers were the chief expert judges who gave their votes in accordance with criteria important for each of them.
It is to be recalled that in 2017 Amstor shopping centres were opened in Berdyansk and Severodonetsk. Thus, the chain of Amstor shopping malls numbers 14 shopping centres in eight cities of central and eastern Ukraine.

In 2015, the company reached agreements on cooperation with one of the largest commercial and industrial groups Fozzy Group. Its Silpo food shops became an anchor tenant in the shopping centres of Amstor chain.
The Ukrainian National Retail Awards Consumer Choice were founded in 2011 and have been successfully run for six years already having become a large-scale and a popular event. The award is universally recognized and its logo is actively used by participants in the retail market.
The main goal of the Awards is to determine the leader of the year among the leading retail chains, shopping and entertainment centres, fast food restaurants in Ukraine, based on an independent consumer polling. The polling is made by a research company taking into account criteria important for consumers (price policy, range/mix of tenants, location, comfort, brand recognition, service, loyalty programs, etc.)
