Dmitriy Krasnikov Takes Charge of Smart-Holding's Shipbuilding Business

Dmitriy Krasnikov has been appointed CEO of Smart Maritime Group (SMG, Kherson), which incorporates shipbuilding assets of Smart-Holding.

Mr Krasnikov took office as the Company's CEO on Wednesday, 8 January.

Prior to his appointment as CEO of SMG, Dmitriy Krasnikov headed Krivbassvzryvprom (UMG Investments, Kryvyi Rih). Earlier, from 2012 to 2019, he was in charge of one of the largest Ukrainian companies producing agricultural equipment, marine engineering and hydraulics products – Fregat Plant (AM Group, Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region). From 2003 to 2005, Dmitriy Krasnikov worked at various positions in the ferroalloy directorate of Interpipe Group (Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant).
