Ihor Basay has taken charge of the HR and Organizational Development Directorate of Smart-Holding. Before joining the Company, he worked in a similar position in Ukrainian and international companies.

Ihor Basay held the position of HR Director at Interpipe from May 2017 to December 2019.
In 2013-2017, he worked as HR Director of the production segment at PepsiCo Russia. In 2011-2013, Mr. Basay held a similar position at Kellogg's. From 2006 to 2011, he worked in the Russian Federation at the largest companies of FMCG, energy and metallurgy sectors occupying positions in the field of HR management.
Mr. Basay graduated from Nottingham Trent University (the UK) with a degree in HR Management (2012). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
