Smart Holding Group has completed its transition to high-tech Microsoft 365 enterprise services.
The migration to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem’s products began in 2019 from the operating company (the headquarters) as part of the building a Modern Workplace concept. The implementation of the concept implied the introduction of an IT infrastructure built in accordance with internal requirements to information protection and, at the same time, ensuring maximum mobility and convenience of the toolkit for users.
The main services implemented in the Group are: Microsoft Exchange Online mail service, One Drive (information storage, the possibility to access from various devices, collaboration functions), MS SharePoint (storage of corporate information, internal portal), an internal social network Yammer, as well as a teamwork centre Microsoft Teams.
Data protection and mobile environment management are based on Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security solutions, in particular Microsoft Intune service and other advanced technologies of Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, Azure Rights Management (as part of Azure Information Protection), and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.
The mentioned services and protocols have been implemented in the Group's businesses: gas producing business – Smart Energy, shipbuilding – Smart Maritime Group, marine business – Naval Logistics, real estate – Smart Urban Solutions, agri-food business – Veres Group, as well as in Unex Bank JSC.
