Zhanna Kytaieva has taken charge of the Financial Directorate of SMART-HOLDING LLC.
Her responsibilities will include the development and implementation of financial and tax strategies, financial oversight, liquidity management, and redistribution of monetary resources. Before joining SMART-HOLDING LLC, Zhanna Kytaieva worked in similar positions in Ukrainian and international companies.

From 2012 to 2021, Zhanna Kytaieva held the position of CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Volia telecommunications company.
From 2009 to 2011, she was CEO, CFO and COO of KP MEDIA holding.
From 2006 to 2008, Zhanna Kytaieva headed the finance function at Bunge Ukraine and Bunge Eastern Europe. Prior to that, she was the strategic planning director in the Ukrainian office of this agri-food company.
In 2003-2005, Ms Kytaieva worked as an investment manager, project manager and Deputy Head of Financial Businesses at INTERPIPE GROUP.
From 2000 to 2003, she held the position of an investment associate of the investment fund WESTERN NIS ENTERPRISE FUND.
Zhanna Kytaieva started her career as a financial analyst in the Ukrainian office of PROCTER&GAMBLE.
She graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in Economics and Management (1997). She also took a post-graduate course at this university. In 2007, Zhanna Kitaeva completed the leadership program at ESADE Business School (Spain), and in 2017 – the strategic leadership program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
