UAH 1.2 billion in taxes were paid to the budget of Ukraine in 2024. Smart Energy (part of SMART HOLDING GROUP), having allocated UAH 850 million to the state budget, took 2nd place in the ranking of the main taxpayers of Ukraine according to NV in the category of industrial production and construction Ivan Gerasimovych, CEO of Smart Holding: "We continue to support the economy of Ukraine, conscientiously fulfilling our obligations to the state. At the same time, the authorities, by stopping our gas production enterprises, harm, first of all, themselves. Because of this, in 2024 alone, it lost more than UAH 1 billion. That is, last year we paid UAH 1.2 billion in taxes, but we could have paid twice as much." In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Group's companies have paid almost UAH 8 billion to the state and local budgets.
