Smart Holding Closed a Deal to Acquire Bank ‘Forum’
30.10.2012Kiev, 30 October – Smart Holding has closed the deal to acquire 96.0635% of shares in PJSC ‘Forum’. The transaction was authorized by the Anti-Monopoly Committee and the National Bank of Ukraine.

It has been agreed that confidentially be maintained on contractual details. The transaction is still subject of approval of the regulatory authorities.
