Kiev, 18 April – Smart-Holding appointed Vasiliy Fedin as the Executive Director of Smart Maritime Group that integrates the holding company's shipbuilding assets.
The Supervisory Board of Kherson Shipyard released Mr. Fedin from the office of the company's General Director by its resolution dd. 17 April. Mr. Fedin will retain his position as the President of Okean Shipyard (Nikolaev City).
Oleg Fedak, who previously held the office of the First Deputy General Director at Kherson Shipyard, succeeded Vasiliy Fedin as the General Director following his appointment on 18 April.

Of course, we will need Vasiliy Fedin's experience, profound understanding of the production processes and market conditions to implement it successfully. Mr. Fedin is involved in the collaboration with the Government of Ukraine towards improvement of the country's legal framework in shipbuilding.
