Kiev, 29 November – Smart Maritime Group (SMG), integrating shipbuilding and marine sector assets of Smart Holding, and Naftogaz of Ukraine (National Joint Stock Company) have signed a strategic partnership memorandum.

Kiev, 21 November – Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard (ChSY, Nikolaev City, Ukraine) has tied up a contract to build a floating restaurant for Concord catering holding company (Russia).

Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard (ChSY, Nikolaev City, Ukraine) has floated off a hull of the multi-purpose CF3850 vessel for Dutch company Damen Shipyards Bergum.

Nikolaev, 30 October – Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard (ChSY, Nikolaev City, Ukraine) has commenced a construction of a sea tug for АS PKL Flote Company (Latvia)

Kherson Shipyard (KhSY, Kherson, Ukraine), which is a part to Smart Maritime Group, the shipbuilding sub-holding company of Smart-Holding, formally floated out its RST27 design product carrier tanker. This is the first vessel in a series of complete tankers to be manufactured by the shipyard under its contract with SVL Group (Malta). The total contract price amounts to more than USD 50 million.

Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard (ChSY, Nikolaev, Ukraine) has completed the construction of the hull for the fourth universal vessel of CF3850 design and has turned it over to the representatives of the Dutch company Damen Shipyards Bergum.

The Black Sea Shipyard (BSS, Ukraine, Nikolayev) signed new contract with “PKL Flote” (Latvia, Riga) for construction of multipurpose sea tug as per project G07DL. Under the concluded contract ready-for-service vessel is to be delivered to the customer in summer 2013.

According to concluded contracts with Command of the Ukrainian Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the Black Sea Shipyard will accept for repair three ships.

On March 22 a.c. a ceremony of laying the keel of the third vessel of tanker-product carrier series of Project RST27 took place at Kherson Shipyard for SVL Group (Malta).
