The Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the world’s fastest growing hotel companies, part of The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Smart-Holding investment company have signed a hotel management agreement for Park Inn by Radisson Troyitska in Kiev (Ukraine).

On 26 December 2012, deputies of Sevastopol City Council at their 9^th session approved the Detailed Layout Plan of Balaklava district, Sevastopol city, and the Detailed Layout Plan in the area of Gasfort mountain that presuppose establishment of a multifunctional, year-round Balaklava Green resort of a national scale on the land of Balaklava Mine Group.

Smart-Holding will participate in the 2^nd International Investment Forum: 'Global View of the Black Sea Region of Ukraine' to take place on 6-7 September in Sevastopol.

"Balaklava Green project will become a resort of national level and give not only the powerful impulse of tourist development in Sevastopol but also will greatly enhance the tourist potential of Ukraine in general", - stated the director of real estate projects of Smart Holding Sergey Ovcinikov at the International Investment Forum held in September 16-17 in Sevastopol.

Smart-Holding presents a project of building a recreational resort Balaklava Green (Sevastopol, Crimea) at the largest international real estate exhibition MIPIM-2011 (Cannes, France), which will be held on 8-11 March 2011.
