Smart-Holding industrial and investment group has once again become an industrial partner of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

For 12M, 2020, the companies of Smart Energy Group paid in total UAH 948.5 mln in taxes, including UAH 430.3 mln fee for subsoil use to the budgets of all levels. Thus, UAH 21.5 mln of subsoil tax were paid to the local budgets.

In 2020, Smart Maritime Group (SMG, Kherson), comprised of Kherson and Nikolaev shipyards, renovated and repaired 55 vessels and built 2 chemical tanker hulls.

For 2020 the total production volume by the companies of the Group increased up to 400.6 mln m3 (against 368.8 mln m3 for 2019) for natural gas and up to 34.7 Ktonnes (against 33.1 Ktonnes for 2019) for condensate.

In November-December, 2020, the Representative Office of Regal Petroleum Corporation Limited, a part of Smart Energy Group, received the grant of an extension of its Mekhedivsko-Golotovshchynske and Svyrydivske production licences, Poltava oblast. They were extended for a duration of 20 years with the decision of the State Service for Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine.

Smart Maritime Group (Kherson) will upgrade 6 coaster ships under order from the Dutch Handelskade Shipsales B.V. (the Netherlands).

Veres Group has launched the production of natural ketchups under the trademark of the same name. 

For 9M, 2020, the companies of Smart Energy Group paid in total UAH 691.5 mln in taxes. From this sum UAH 302.6 mln are subsoil taxes to the budgets of all levels. Meanwhile, UAH 15.1 mln from subsoil taxes were transferred to the local budgets.

Smart Energy Group announces its production results for 9 months of 2020.

British Company Enwell Energy plc, a part of Smart Energy, announces its operational results for Q3, 2020. For the reported period the company has increased its average daily production rate of hydrocarbons by approximately 19% against the same period of 2019.
